This paper wants to examine the role of integrated law enforcement, namely the police, prosecutor's office and Bawaslu in the general election in Wonogiri Regency. The implementation of democratic methods in a country, one of which is holding general elections or general elections, as has been implemented by the Indonesian nation. However, in the process of organizing a democratic party, many shortcomings are often found and there are even several cases of violations. These election violations are like money politics which have occurred from the lowest level, namely the village head election to the presidential election. Regarding the issue of money politics, the main aspect of this is because the level of public awareness of the importance of elections for the survival of democracy in Indonesia is still relatively low, so that people, especially those from the lower middle education and economic scale, will be easily incited. Therefore, the state strives to ensure that the implementation of this election is in accordance with its principles, namely direct, public, free, secret and fair, by establishing Gakkumdu as the main body in dealing with violations or fraud in the implementation of elections. Gakkumdu itself is a combination of Bawaslu, the Republic of Indonesia Police and the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia. This research aims to analyze and find out the follow-up of Gakkumdu in handling cases of fraud or violations in the implementation of elections, as well as finding a comparison of the level of effectiveness of Gakkumdu in the 2024 simultaneous elections with the 2019 simultaneous elections, so that the performance of these three government instruments can be seen and if there are any shortcomings they can be evaluated together. whose hope is that every election activity can run safely and peacefully.
